Abstract

applying its principles to analyze their linguistic and legal implications. The study employs inductive, analytical, and applied methodologies on relevant verses from Surahs Al-Baqarah, Āl ‘Imrān, An-Nisā’, and Ar-Rūm.Structured in three chapters, it begins with the concept of jurisprudential application, then applies these principles to the Riba verses, and finally explores their impact on deriving legal rulings.Key findings highlight that jurisprudential application clarifies meanings, deepens understanding of rulings, and enhances deductive reasoning.
