Abstract

This research is about one of the branches of the knowledge of Deriving according to Hanbalis Scholars of Jurisprudence. Which is Deriving the Principles of Jurisprudence over the Principles of Jurisprudence. And it will be an exercise of this art in one of its parts and chapters. Specifically in the semantics of the words in the operative and the concept. This research will review some of the definitions and the concept of Deriving the Principles of Jurisprudence over the Principles of Jurisprudence and exercise this art in the operative and concept according to the Hanbalis, with multiplication of some examples in its branches. The research problem was the scarcity of information and books on this subject in the schools of jurisprudence in general and in the Hanbali school of thought in particular. And the difficulty of obtaining some scientific theses and books on this subject. And the lack of books that show the Principles of Jurisprudence that were derived over the Principles of Jurisprudence. As well as the lack scientific information about the methods from which the principles were derived from others. The most important objective of the research is to clarify the subject of the derivation of principles over the principles. And knowing the correct meaning of it. And list the principles that were derived over the principles according to the Hanbalis in the chapter of the Manuscript and the Concept. This research relied on the descriptive analytical approach in extrapolating and eliciting information. The results were six principles were derived from other principles. Two in the operative and four in the concept. They were divided into six sections, namely: Is there a definition for words?, Are the languages from God or made by people? , the concept of the cause, the concept of the abstract adjective, the concept of the adverb and the concept of the condition.We ask Allah for help and success.
