Abstract

The subject of the research is the criticized narrators  whose hadiths Al-Hakim authenticated in Al-Mustadrak on the condition of the two sheikhs or one of them. The research is discussed in points, including knowledge of the criticized narrators  whose hadiths Al-Hakim authenticated  in Al-mustadrak, in order to reach the sayings of the Imams of discrediting or confirming the reliability of narrators before or at the time of Al-Hakim  and inductive analytical comparative, aims to collect the scientific material represented in the speech of Al-Hakim and his judgments, and then study it in comparison with the judgments of other scientists, which This resulted in identifying Al-Hakim's method of graduation for the Speaker, how and how, and indicating what provisions Al-Hakim approved or disagreed with, whether in narrators or hadiths.
