Abstract

This research deals with the study of political dialogue from an Islamic perspective, the controls for its evaluation and the conditions for its rationalization. Political dialogue in our current time is a very important dialogue; because the absence of this dialogue at the present time has caused many political problems, especially in our Islamic countries that suffer from civil wars in addition to external wars; as a result of the absence of this dialogue, in the past when there was political dialogue and consultation, the entire Islamic nation was in one hand and very strong, and when it moved away from consultation and the owners of power monopolized decision-making, Islamic civilization deteriorated and disintegrated and injustice and tyranny spread in it, and Islamic civilization became a civilization subject to and imitating the West, so the research aimed to mention and explain the nature of political dialogue and the evidence of its legitimacy, in addition to analyzing the role of political dialogue in the system of government in Islam, and explaining political dialogue with others, and mentioning its dimensions, controls and areas, in addition to knowing the role of the most important Muslim scholars who worked and emphasized the necessity of benefiting from others, employing the historical analytical method, and the research concluded that Islamic political dialogue is a very important dialogue and must start from within Islamic countries first; Because the strength of internal dialogue gives the state the strength to confront external dialogue, and the system of government based on consultation and imamate is the best system of government.
