Abstract

The aim of this research is to clarify the status of the people’s notables and their impact on their societies, to present the Islamic approach to calling people’s notables, and to highlight the advocacy role assigned to the people’s notables. The researcher used the deductive method and the historical method in order to study this topic and derive concepts related to it from historical situations and evidence, and from them he reached the research results, the most prominent of which are:- Mostly among the people’s notables are princes, scholars, sages, leaders, and merchants. They have a great influence on the management of people’s lives. They are benefited from in their opinions, intercession, and solving problems. They are a dangerous backbone in society. With their righteousness, many are reformed, and with their corruption, corruption prevails.- The Holy Qur’an has proven that a notable person has an influence on his people in guiding and leading astray, and the statement to this effect came when God guided Moses, peace be upon him, that Pharaoh was the cause of his people’s misguidance and deviation.- He seeks the Islamic method to guide all people, and gives the notables and nobles of the people what they need of the honor, respect, and status to which they are accustomed, but his concern for their guidance does not push him to flatter them in distorting the religion or confessing what is contrary to it or hostile to it.The researcher recommended scientific institutions, researchers, academics and graduate students; More studies on everything related to the people’s notables from all aspects affecting the call, society and the nation.
