Approval of Imam Al-Kasani through the book Bada’i Al-Sana’i

Abstract

The research deals with the talk about the desirability of Kasani and his opinion about it through the book of prosaic works in the order of the canons and focuses on his approach to it, then reviews the opinion of the Hanafi about the desirability and its toxicity entitled: the desirability of Imam Kasani through prosaic works, and the problem of the research was what desirability and Kasani's opinion about it in his book prosaic works, and the nature of the research required relying on the descriptive, inductive, and deductive approach, which will make the research the most important results: many of the Fiqh branches contained in the book of the innovations of the crafts are in the order of the canons, and I have made the research a component of an introduction, and two researches are: The first section is a brief translation of the introduction to Al-kasaani, the importance of the book of the beginnings of crafts and its approach to it, and the second section is about the authority of approval at the Hanafi, and the opinion of Imam Al- kasaani in it, and then the conclusion, including the results and recommendations.
