Abstract

The research targets an important issue relating to the forbidden, which has been approved by the doctrine as a prevention for the blight and the damage contained therein. This case is that the forbidden is not of one level, which varies for multiple reasons: one of them being the forbidden act itself, the other is about the perpetrator, and the last is about the circumstances of the act. This disparity has implications, the most important of which is the balancing and weighing of the ranks of the forbidden when they are congested, the knowledge of the more evil between two evils, and what causes the most damage between them. This is a delicate section of the doctrine, to which the idols of scholars are concerned. For this purpose, scientists have developed rules and controls to make it easier for those concerned to weigh between them, and enable those who are responsible to prevent or reduce the damage as much as possible before its occurrence. The research has combined the descriptive and analytical approach with findings and recommendations, the most important of which is the need to renew the investigation of the forbidden and its ranks and to balance them regularly, while updating it with all that is new.
