Abstract

The research deals with talking about approbation and its authority to the Hanafi gentlemen and focuses on their approach to it, and then reviews the opinion of the fundamentalists of other schools of thought about the approbation and named it entitled: Approbation definition and authenticity when the Hanafi, and the doctrines of scholars of the principles of jurisprudence in it, and the problem of the research is in the definition of approbation and its authority when the Hanafi and the opinion of scholars of the principles of jurisprudence in it as a starting point we compare with him the approaches of other sects, and the nature of the research required reliance on the descriptive approach, which will make the research the most important results:  That who denied the approbation of the fundamentalists has used it and resorted to it, that the approbation that was said to prove its authenticity is not the same as the approbation objected to, and has made the research a component of an introduction, two sections and a conclusion.
