The Qur’anic general rules and their impact on understanding the Qur’anic text: Objective study

Abstract

This research deals with the Quranic universal rules contained in the Holy Quran because there is no independent research interested in studying this important and vital issue in the Holy Quran. The problem of the research is not to find out about previous studies that dealt with the Qur’anic general rules, especially for understanding the Qur’an text. The research aims to: identify the most important general rules and regulations set by the Qur’an for those who want to understand it properly. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical method to study the subject. The research was divided into two chapters: the first: in the Qur’anic universal rules related to God Almighty, and the second: in the Qur’anic universal rules related to creatures. The research concluded with several results, most notably:What is meant by the “Quranic universal rule” is the verses that contain the word “every” and denote general and comprehensive rules and meanings,The Holy Qur’an indicates the versatility of the divine power, the comprehensiveness of God’s knowledge, and God’s care for every creature with preservation and sustenance,All creatures are obedient to God Almighty,God Almighty does not love every infidel, traitor, arrogant, extravagant in sins,Every soul will be held accountable in the hereafter for what it has done in this world,Every human being has sinned in this world, so his inevitable fate is loss and God's torment.
