RULINGS IN WHICH LONG AND SHORT TRAVEL DIFFER IN THE HANBALI SCHOOL

Abstract
The problem of the research lies in hiding the reality of short travel, and hiding the rulings in which it differs from long travel. The research aims to illustrate the reality of long and short travel, to collect the issues that provided for the Hanbali (different long and short travel in its judgment, then explaining the images of these issues and their rulings in detail, along with collecting the evidence on those rulings in Hanbali school of thought, and clarifying the significance of them. The approach followed in this research is the inductive-analytical approach, which includes tracking and analyzing issues, then collecting and arranging them, and providing evidence for them from the Hanbali scholars inferences scattered in their books. The researcher concluded by defining the meaning of the long and short travel, and that there are seven issues in which the long and short travel differed in the ruling according to the Hanbali school of thought. The researcher showed its images and rulings, and cited its evidences and indications.
