FOUNDATION OF CIVILIZATIONS ACCORDING TO THE FUNDAMENTAL SOURCES OF ISLAMIC SHARIA

Abstract

Because of the ease of communication between different societies, in our current era the world is witnessing a frantic race in quoting from the expatriates; intellectually, culturally and socially, that constitutes in the weakening of future civilizations or contributing to their demise and disappearance from existence. The current research aimed to study this important topic through contributing to highlight the high position of Islamic civilization, since it has never accepted or abandoned any civilization, but was based on seeking the beneficial one, correcting their errors, and taking care of their drawbacks and how to treat and ward off their evils. The research concluded with following prominent findings: The necessity of strengthening civilization with the fundamentals of religion to ensure its purity and being away from pagan and bad moral effects, with the recommendation of the nation's needs for its fundamental principles that preserve its entity, strength  and independence, ensuring that that can only be achieved through pride of all that it has, including its civilization.
