A PROPOSED CONCEPTION FOR METHODS OF ACTIVATING NON-CLASS EXTRA-CURRICULAR EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN IKRAM MUSLEH'S SCHOOLS IN MALAYSIA FROM THE TEACHERS’ POINT OF VIEW

Abstract
This study aims at identifying the most important methods of activating extra-curricular educational activities in Ikram Musleh's Schools in Malaysia from the teachers’ point of view. The study uses descriptive analytical method where 389 teachers (males and females) representing 68.8% from the study samples were randomly chosen. A questionnaire of (20) paragraphs was used as a research tool. These 20 paragraphs included three areas of activation, namely: preparation, implementation and evaluation that its stability and validity was surely checked to achieve the desired results. And then, it was applied to the study community. The results showed that one of the most prominent methods of activating extra-curricular activities in Ikram Musleh Schools is the time that the teachers spent in the extra-curricular activities excluding the working hours and paying attention to innovation and new methods of implementing these activities. Besides, the students were given chances to choose activities that befit their inclinations and desires, while adopting a policy of diversified activities in order to meet the large number students' needs and capabilities.
