THE CONEMPORARY RATIONAL POSITION FROM AL SHAFI'IS MESSAGE

Abstract

This research aims to trace the intellectual theses and researches exposed to Imam Shafi'i in his fundamental approach, and his book The Message by tracking and criticizing.The researcher methodology presented, discussed and criticized it through original references and scientific data, the research concludes the importance of such studies for preserving and saving Sharia through saving its approach and evidence that leaders and imams of Islam decided and clarified.
