THE TERM "AL-HADITH AL-MATROOK" FOR HADITHS AND ITS RELATIONSHIP TO THE NARRATOR AL-MATROOK: EMPIRICAL ANALYTICAL CRITICAL STUDY

Abstract

This research considered a study of (al-hadith al-matrook), in point of view of the hadith scholars, in connection with (narrator al-matrook), the problem of this research lies in that the following of the talking of the modern scholars of hadith science, will find out that they use the word "al-matrook", during their talking about narrators not about hadith genres, but the latecomers scholars bring into the term (al-matrook) within the genres of hadiths, and its terms, they also do not mention a comprehensive definition, aims to look up the al-matrook narrator, and reasons of its abandoning, and to clarify the adequacy of the definition's mentioned by the scholars of abandoned hadith, and contributing to place a propitiate term for the al-matrook hadith, the researcher has found that the reasons of al-matrook the narrator are many, and the appropriate
