In this study, His crafty in the fundamentalist editing and his accuracy in handling the fundamentalist debate and editing what have agreed and disputed on in addition to the refuting and tracing them. All this comes within the systematic framework of Usul Al-Fiqh. He always support and consolidate the idea of filtering the Usul Al-Fiqh from the extraneous articles. Therefore, the focus of the study is on the fundamentalist role truth of Abi al-Muzaffar  al-Samaani, And the effect of liberalizing the fundamentalist position on his choices, As well as emphasizing the most prominent features of the fundamentalist liberation, such as enumerating the doctrines, verifying their attribution to their owners, and limiting the places of reconciliation and the place of discussion, and others.
