THE WEIGHTING BETWEEN ‘HADITHS OF PROPHET PEACE BE UPON HIM’ THROUGH THE ABUNDANCE OF NARRATORS OF THE CHAIN, AN APPLIED USULI STUDY ON HANBALI SCHOOL OF THOUGHT

Abstract

The weighting between ‘Hadiths’ sometimes goes to chain and others goes to statement, in addition to the meaning. There are many rules of weighting between Hadiths through the chain, one of them is that goes back to the power of chain. It consist of several rules, such as predilection of Mutawatir hadith on other hadiths, and predilection Marfoo’ Hadith on others, and predilection of Musnad Hadith on others etc. Even the weighting between ‘Hadiths’ through the abundance of narrators of the chain is an important rule in Usulul Fiqh, but no one has study this rule in a comprehensive manner, especially on perspective of Handoli School of thought, form this point of view the researcher tries to study this issue within this article by answering the question: What is the effect of weighting among Hadiths through the abundance of narrators of the chain On the Hanbali scholars? By depending on the analytical method, based on the analysis of the Hanbali method of weighting with the abundance of narrators, with mentioning applications from some chapters of Fiqh.
