Abstract

The problem of the research lies in the approval of the Imam of Islam, Ibn Taimya, to appeal against different denomination and origins, and the difference between these issues and the book lining, and I have chosen the door of worship to be a place for study, and the research aims at collecting these issues, indicating their difference and clarifying their effect.The comparative inductive approach was followed by extrapolating the issues in which the sheikh of Islam approved the appeals and comparing these issues with other doctrines to indicate the extent of agreement and difference in assets, the most important of which was: The Sheikh of Islam Ibn Timiya agrees with the purposes of the Shariah with the appellate in many doctrinal matters and has indicated this in his place in my research.
