Abstract

Subject of the research: Study the relationship and relationship of the Ottoman community to the rooting and restriction of issues of recitation and its effect on accepting and rejecting readings، etc. This study comes to contribute to scientific research in the field of the recitations specialization by establishing the most important issues of the science of readings related to an important period in the history of the recitations، which is the era of the noble Ottoman collection، which is an important turning point and a major focus in the history of readings and from it a number of know-how issues were rooted in the readings. It aims to trace the issues related to the Ottoman collection that had the effect of establishing and rooting for issues of the science of qira'at، and at the same time it was a starting point for the compilers of the science of qira'at to recite various reading issues. The researcher tries to draw attention to the status of the Ottoman plural and the importance of knowledge of its issues in understanding a number of issues of the science of recitation through the hadith of the most prominent books of advanced recitation. This study comes to answer questions، most notably: What is the effect of drawing on the survival of multiple readings and the survival of some of the seven letters? What is the reason for the different readings after copying the Qur’ans? What is the effect of the Ottoman plural on the conditions for accepting reading among scholars of recitation?
