THE WAYS OF ISLAMIC SHARIA IN GAINING ECOLOGICAL CONSERVATION

Abstract

The ways of Islamic Sharia in gaining ecological conservation is a research paper with an introduction and two chapters. In the introduction, the researcher states the importance of the research, its questions, the literature review, the methodology and its detailed plan. The first chapter titled “the meaning of the objectives and its parts” discusses the meaning of the objectives lexically and contextually. In the second section, the researcher reveals the parts of the objectives from different distinctions. The third section shows the importance and the necessity of ecological conservation.In the second chapter, the researcher mentions the ways followed by Islamic Sharia to conserve the ecology. So, in the first section, the education of faith and the love of ecology are discussed. In the second section, the practical way to conserve ecology through commanding of repairing it and banding damaging it is mentioned. There are some commandment rules and the Legitimistic bases to conserve ecology. The fourth section discloses some guarantees to conserve ecology. Finally, there are a conclusion, results and recommendations.
