A ADMINISTRATIVE PRINCIPLES IN CHARITABLE WORK IN TERMS OF ROLE AND SIGNIFICANCE FROM THE ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVE

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the major administrative principles in the charitable work and their role in fulfilling its objectives and intentions. Using the descriptive analytical, the inductive and deductive approaches by the researcher, the study has addressed an overview of the charitable work, its importance, objectives, intentions and investigated the concept of charitable work and the role of administrative principles of charitable work in achieving its objectives and intentions. The study reached several major conclusions, where the most important points of them were as follows: There is a difference between the Islamic and western principles in administration in general and the charitable work in particular. In addition, the administrative principles of the charitable work and its applications have a pivotal contribution to the fulfilling the charitable work’s objectives, intentions, development, progression, and continuity. Codification of the charitable work’s principles, so that that the regulations of the third sector organizations are based on those principles, was one of the stud’s recommendations. The study also recommended establishing research centers specialized in the charitable work for studying the charitable work, investigating its requirements and providing it with the required support.
