Charitable work is a feature of the Muslim community, as it is rooted in the hearts of Muslims, as it stems from their feeling and faith, which urged them to rush to do good things, and from this standpoint, many Muslims race to charitable work in order to seek the pleasure of ALLAH SWT, and the reward for it. However, charity is not enough to reach an established charitable work that leads to benefits the Muslim community, and for that reason we need to have a vision, goals and many requirements to enhance the charity work, until we reach the level of professionalism in charity filed. Here the question arises about the legal approach to prioritizing charitable work, especially after many philanthropists went to limit their charitable work to one charitable work only, which is building mosques more than others, which increased the urgency of the question about finding a method to arrange the righteous actions and taking into account the priorities in that. Charitable works are all good works, but their ranks is vary in their place in the scale of priorities, which is necessary to achieve legitimate purposes. As far as the use of charitable work in facilitating the needs of people, and generally beneficial to society, as much as it is loved by ALLAH SWT, and is more rewarded. Among the jurisprudence of priorities is that the establishment of charitable work is not a means of wasting the money of donors, or depriving it for those who deserve it, taking into account that the priorities in arranging charitable work is a necessary in our contemporary time, and in conclusion we will highlight about the most important results that emerged from the research.
