HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE NOBLE QURAN

Abstract
The aim of the research is to introduce human rights in the Holy Qur'an, to root for them, to introduce human rights guarantees in the Holy Qur'an, and to mention the characteristics of human rights. On the one hand, the rooting of 'human rights' in the Qur'an comes from the multiplicity of categories and categories of people whose rights have been taken into account in the Qur'an, in addition to the diversity of those rights, among those mentioned in the Qur'an. One of the most prominent rights that Islam has given to man is the right to life, the right to dignity, the right to freedom, the right to justice and equality of human beings, the right to defend, the right to seek refuge in legitimate authority and to claim its right. There have also been many guarantees of human rights in the Qur'an for more than fourteen centuries, while positive laws have tried to come up with legal formulas and articles regulating human rights, the most important of which are international treaties, human rights organizations and all of which do not come close to the slightest features. It is mentioned in the Holy Qur'an, and the rights and gains that have been preserved for man. Human rights in the Holy Qur'an have been characterized by their primacy and are obligatory for each individual, as well as their depth and comprehensiveness, as well as human rights in Islam protected and guaranteed by God for each individual, and one of the most important results of the research is the Holy Qur'an has recognized civil rights and politics, recognized human rights, freedom and intellectual, social and financial independence, and made it free from all restrictions, except from submission to the religion of God and human dignity and human rights have been confirmed in the law of truth and virtue, the law of justice and charity, and what needs to be seen in our contemporary Islamic thinking until its vision is clear and its practice in dealing with the springs of Islam and its fixed origins and with the rapidly accelerating and accelerating changes.
