This research aims at highlighting the clear facts and uncovering clear images of flagrant violations of human rights committed by the Buddhist State of Myanmar, and the practices of the military council with the Rohingya Muslims in Arakan with the ugliest and worst forms of torture, brutal assault of homosexuality, violation of the sanctity of women and children, the burning of houses and mosques and the destruction of schools, and religious centers, oppression, corruption, terrorism and a ferocious barbaric attack on Arakan Muslims to displace and force them to emigrate to Bangladesh. The article describes suffering of Rohingyas  from human tragedies, woes and various problems in the camps on the borders of Bangladesh.


The research first dealt with the definition of Myanmar and Arakan, and briefly highlighted the concept of human rights in the eyes of Islamic law. According to the findings of the research The Rohingya Muslims are the most ostracized and most oppressed people, and continue to suffer from severe violations of human rights, have been stripped of their nationality and considered illegal immigrants.


Religious riots ignited the crisis that attempts to get rid of the Rohingya Muslims through continuous abuses and massacres. The research will show the efforts and calls of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to stop and prevent these indiscriminate attacks and tribal conflicts. It followed the descriptive, historical and analytical approach to the study of this issue, and concluded the research with the results and recommendations.
