Malaysia is one of the major Muslim countries that has made tremendous leaps in human and economic development over the past four decades. Malaysia has become one of the first industrialized countries in the Islamic world, as well as in the field of exports and imports in Southeast Asia. Therefore, we have been able to establish an advanced infrastructure and diversify the sources of national income from industry, agriculture, minerals, oil and tourism, and made remarkable progress in the areas of addressing poverty, job search, corruption and debt reduction. Hence, the problem of the study centered on the benefit of Malaysia from the great openness abroad by integrating into the economies of globalization while maintaining the pillars of the development of its national economy. It is hoped that the Malaysian experience is sure that the Islamic concept that the State of Malaysia has built its experience in human development helped in its development. One of the important pillars of development has become the focus of attention of many scientists and researchers in the world, and through the review of some studies and research related to the subject of the study was noted lack of interest in studies that dealt with the Malaysian experience in human development, and the design of training programs for that from the perspective It is therefore important to understand the relationship between Islamic perception and human development, and this has made the study focus on several objectives by highlighting the role played by Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad in the development of Malaysia. And highlighting the most important experiences carried out by the State of Malaysia to keep pace with the developed world civilized, economically and scientifically. That was the reason for the results of several of the most important; that the process of economic development in Malaysia had a careful planning and long-term view, and that what reached Malaysia is the measure and good leadership of the state represented by former Prime Minister (Mahathir Mohamad). The development in Malaysia has brought development programs for the development of human resources. In the area of education, the Government had assumed responsibility for financing education.
