AL IMAM AL KISAE’S STOPPAGE (WAQ’F) IN SOURAT AL-BAQARA THROUGH AL NAHHAS BOOK STOPPAGE AND BEGINNING (AL KATA’ WALE’TENAF)

Abstract

This assignment deals with standing of Al Imam Al-Kisa'i in Sourat Al-Baqara through the book of "Al-Qataa and Al-Aitinaf" by Imam Abu Ja'far Al-Nahhas , It is assignment drawn from a master’s thesis entitled: Stopping from Imam Al-Kisa'i through the book “Al-Qataa and Al-Aitinaf” and the approach that the assignment follows is the analytical inductive approach .The researcher extrapolated the Imam Al-Kisa'i's standing in Sourat Al-Baqara, and conveyed the scholars ’opinions and thoughts on this stand, and then compared between them. And the assignment consists of: Introduction, which includes: the idea of the assignment, its problem, its questions, its goals, its importance,  reasons for its selection, its limits, terms and methodology, and the procedures that the researcher will follow in applying her approach, the previous studies, and the preamble which contains four demands: The first: the translation of Imam Abu Ja'far Al-Nahhas - May God have mercy on him - the second: Definition of book "Al-Qataa and Al-Aitinaf", the third: translation of Imam Al-Kisa'i - May God have mercy on him - and the fourth: source and approach of Imam Al-Kisa'i in standing up, and five topics of  standing presented to Imam Al-Kisa'i in Sourat Al-Baqara, and the conclusion, the results of the assignment, then the recommendations.
