The Concept of Justice in Imam Al-Ghazali's Book (Altibr Almasbuk Fi Nasihat Almuluk)

Abstract

The major focal point of this research is that in spite of there are a lot of studies about Imam Al-Ghazali, there are a lot of great concepts which do not write in thesis such as  justice although it is an important matter which we need to know a lot about it  in our time. This divergence necessitated embarking upon a scientific methodological study showing the concept of justice of Imam Al-Ghazali. This research seeks to show many matters of Imam Al-Ghazali like the virtue of justice and shedding light on the importance of governance consolidation, knowing the types of justice and clarification the rules of justice and equity. The researcher followed an analytical-descriptive approach. The most important findings and inferences the researcher attained from this work that, for Imam Al-Ghazali, justice is the basis of progress and prosperity of the state. The establishment of justice will achieve all the best and the lost of justice will lead to scourges and evils and the destruction of nations and countries and people will get tired. The rules of justice and equity for Imam Al-Ghazali are the ruler's knowledge about the importance of ruling and seriousness of this matter and being close to righteous scholars who give advices and hearing their opinions, helping people to get rid of the injustice of governors,  not being arrogant or angry, refusing for parish what he refuses for himself, the fast fulfillment for the needs of people, not being engaged in lusts, the using of kindness and leniency in all of his matters and the striving for the satisfaction of parish with the consent of religion. In conclusion, the researcher suggested the establishment of educational courses and discussion programmes about the famous islamic thinkers who had different aspects of talents and cultures like Imam Al-ghazali. He also suggested for us to edit the book (Altibr Almasbuk Fi Nasihat Almuluk) for Al-Ghazali in an academic scientific study.
