"Functional Interpretation according to Dr. Yusuf al-Qaradawi through his Works."

Abstract

In this research that is distinguished with functional explanation، we shed the light on selected issues including “rhetorical euphemisms and weightings and mistaken corrections of some interpretation (Tafsyeer)’s issues and utilizing interpretation in some modern ideological issues. Thus، we could know the psychology of enemy, mean of dealing with the other part، and build a personality away from external effects and family arbitration and its role in solving problems through psychological rhetorical signs. The light is also shed on weighting of different issues Al-Qardawi mentioned and the most important issues are: Weighting of Salaf’s approach in the matter of names and titles except the phenomena of materializing and marriage to women of the Book، Christians and Jews،dog’s purity, vessel of alms tax in frozen money, a bank that should be specified for God’s sake and Jihad and its issues، dropping the debt of poor people under criteria, allowing the exposure of two hands and arms and treating prisoners according to international conventions and scientific issues. In the subject of weighting, we find the weighing of sun and moon’s rotation without dying. According to Divine Law of punishment and authority, this does not mean that fleeing universe. Corruption of Israel is an application of Divine Law of punishment.

 There are some mistakes in explanation that are corrected by the doctor in the subject of: inference of similar texts or inference of other texts that defend suspicions in the subjects of Oneness of God, arbitration, Oneness of God، different livelihoods and factionalism that is based on moderate religious basis. The implementation of God’s judgment is not limited to the people of the Book, Christians and Jews. In the last subject, the interpretation was utilized in modern ideological issues including the treatment of poverty problem that is not caused by the lack of resources while it is caused by the human being’s oppression. Richness has a social function and there is no problem of acceptance of other cultures but not assimilating into them.
