Abstract
This study examined the impact of digital management strategies on the performance of central banks. It aimed to define digital management and central bank performance, identify the digital management strategies employed by central banks, and explore the role of these strategies in enhancing their performance. The study utilized both the inductive and descriptive-analytical methodologies. Key findings indicate that digital leadership is an advanced leadership style that relies on the optimal investment of available human resources and the adoption of information and communication technologies, thereby facilitating a complete transition toward digital technology. The study recommends the necessity of qualifying central bank personnel in modern technological techniques and enhancing investment in human resources to ensure high-quality performance within the banking sector.
