القيادة المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي : إطار مفاهيمي لاتخاذ القرار التربوي في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي

الملخص

يُحدث الذكاء الاصطناعي تحولاً جذرياً في مختلف القطاعات على مستوى العالم، بما في ذلك التعليم. ففي مجال التعليم، يمتلك الذكاء الاصطناعي القدرة على تعزيز القيادة التربوية بشكل ملحوظ من خلال تحسين عملية صنع القرار، وتبسيط المهام الإدارية، وتخصيص تجارب التعلم للطلاب. مع ذلك، فإن دمج الذكاء الاصطناعي في الأنظمة التعليمية يُثير أيضاً مخاطر تتعلق بالتحيز، والخصوصية، والشفافية، والمساءلة. يتحمل القادة التربويون مسؤولية إدارة هذه المخاطر، وضمان استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي بشكل أخلاقي ومسؤول. تستكشف هذه الورقة البحثية المخاطر والمسؤوليات المرتبطة بتطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي في القيادة التربوية.


هدفت هذه الدراسة  إلى دراسة كيفية استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في القيادة التربوية . كما اقترحت إطارًا لفهم وتطوير القيادة القائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم . تعتمد الفكرة الأساسية للإطار المفاهيمي على نظريات الذكاء الاصطناعي والقيادة واتخاذ القرارات التربوية ، ويتكون من أربعة أجزاء: المدخلات، والعمليات ، والمخرجات ، والتغذية الراجعة . كما تم  بحث تأثير هذا الإطار المفاهيمي على الممارسات والسياسات التعليمية ، ومناقشة كيفية تأثرها به. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، استكشفت الدراسة العلاقة بين الإطار المفاهيمي  وتأثيراته على الممارسات والسياسات التعليمية. وسلطت الدراسة  الضوء على  محددات الإطار ، واقترحت مجالات بحثية مستقبلية محتملة . تُسهم هذه الدراسة في الأدبيات الموجودة حول تعزيز التعلم من خلال التكنولوجيا.
