Alimam Sahnoun and his efforts in the Maliki jurisprudence

Abstract
The Madhab of Maliki is considered among the powerful mazahib of Muslim Sunni, which
embraces the doctrinal opinions of Imam Malik bin Anas, where he crystallized a clear doctrine
and independent in the second century of (hijrah), al-Maliki's doctrine in al-Hijaz has spread
widely, and has expanded in the whole of the Maghreb, United Arab OF Emirates, Bahrain,
Qatar, Kuwait, Sudan, and Egypt, the eastern region of Saudi Arabia, Central and West Africa,
for many reasons such as the trip to the country of is called (Al-Hijaz), where it played a
prominent role in the propagation of al-Maliki's doctrine, especially in the Maghreb, Andalusia

and other The Islamic country, the creation of the Alaghalibah state, which has made Africa
and its people a distinctive and unique personality, one of the most important achievements.
The renovation of the Kairouan Mosque in Tunis, known as the Aqaba bin beneficial mosque,
was the first scientific center in the Maghreb the Alaghalibah princes have allowed the scholars
to spread the doctrine and its propagation by appointing the most prominent (FUQAHA) to the
various religious and administrative positions, the interest of Malta in the North African
country and in the city of Kairouan, in particular by following the Imam Malik's doctrine, and
their jurisprudence in the authorship of the literature on the doctrine. One of the most prominent
jurists (FUQAHA) who founded the al-Maliki doctrine was Imam Abdul Salam bin Saeed,
known as Sahnoun, who grew up in the house he learned according to him, then he went to the
East in order to take the fiqh of Imam Malik bin Anas but he did not have luck where the Imam
Malik died before Sahnoun entered into Medina, but he did not deprive the good of the imam
and the recipient of his elders, and then he went back to Egypt and received the knowledge of
Abdul Rahman bin Qasim of the main students of Imam Malik and studied from him
thoroughly, and wrote down All what he heard from him in a book called
(ELMUDAWWANAH ELKUBRA).
