Abstract

English Translation The study addresses the subject of women, their intellectual abilities, their inherent human dignity, and the alignment of family ethical values in light of these aspects. The Qur’an presents a realistic portrayal of women, the purpose of their creation, and the truth of their innate constitution. Women possess the ability to analyze and deconstruct issues, evaluate them, anticipate future events, and plan for upright conduct. This makes them active partners with men, possessing equal capacities. A precise system governs the relationship between the two genders, safeguarding rights and defining obligations, without restricting the independence of either party in thought and opinion, especially when such independence contributes to mutual complementarity. Recognizing the natural role of women is essential for maintaining family stability and achieving the values of affection and tranquility. The study also examines the impact of external cultures shaped by mythology, philosophy, and the inventions of priests and religious authorities and their notable influence on defining women and determining their roles, an influence that has cast its shadow on certain Islamic writings, both classical and contemporary.
