Abstract
This research addresses the study of marital rights in Islamic law through a detailed analysis of the various rights incumbent upon the spouses, with the aim of understanding the Shari'ah objectives that underlie the regulation of marital relationships in Islam. The research relies on a jurisprudential and Maqasidic approach, reviewing the most important rights provided by Islamic law for the spouses, such as rights related to companionship, maintenance, dowry, and mutual respect, with a focus on balancing the rights of the husband and wife in light of legal texts and jurisprudential evidence,he study also examines the Shari'ah objectives related to the regulation of marital relationships, including the achievement of justice, family stability, and the elevation of human conduct between the spouses. The research aims to highlight the role of Islamic law's objectives in striving to create a family environment based on love and mercy, while safeguarding the interests of both the individual and society,Through the exploration of these rights and objectives, the study seeks to emphasize the importance of applying these principles in the modern era to ensure the stability and well-being of the family, while considering the contemporary challenges that may hinder the implementation of these rights in some cultural and social context.
