The Term Money in the Noble Qur'an and Means of Preserving It in Islamic Law

Abstract
The money in Islamic legislation has an important value and a great importance. It depends on it the life of human such science, health, food, drink, housing, welfare and freedom, and there is no way for that purposes in Islam except by good money. The money has been described in the Quran in many descriptions, such: It is the adornment of the life, and it is beloved to the human, and it is the most important elements of life on this earth, but due the useless of money and wasting not in proper way, even it is one of the important purposes in our Islamic legislation, it let us as academic and lecturers facing a lot of challenges which is why it is important to write on this subject. This study first aims to calculate the word "Money" in the Quran with its various derivations. Secondly, it aims to explain the means of saving money, by using the inductive and analytical approach. From the results of the research in the first part: The word "Money" has been cited in the Quran with its various derivations eighty-six times in a total of thirty-eight Surahs, fourteen of them are Madani Surahs with 61%, And two of them are different in them with 2%, and twenty-two of them are Maki Surahs with 37%, also the word “Money” it is used on all the possessions or offers of trade or property or animal, and in its comprehensive sense: it is everything that can be owned and disposed and saved for the needed time, and from the research’s results in the second part that: from the means of saving money by its presence: legislation of gaining money in the interest of the human in the nutrition, housing and dress, urge to work, revive the not useful land, moderation in spending money and saving it, while from the means of saving money by its absence: forbidding to eat money unlawfully, removing the damage caused in the money, legislating penalties to save money from assault, and prohibit usury.
