Abstract
This study proceeds from a critical reassessment of classical geopolitical frameworks through a reading of Prophetic guidance as an alternative model of sovereignty. This model is grounded in creedal legitimacy and a semiotic system that reconstitutes space as a bearer of meaning rather than an object of domination. The study demonstrates that the Prophet Muḥammad ﷺ exercised a foundational political act through which he reformulated the concept of sovereignty, shifting it from a logic of coercive dominance to a cognitive architecture that structures the relationship between authority and the social base. His prophetic mission unfolded as a conceptual system that directed the distribution of power and the formation of space within a symbolic structure internalized by collective consciousness, thereby conferring sovereignty with a moral and symbolic character without relinquishing its organizational function. The study draws on a semiotic and conceptual analysis of the Prophetic discourse as a foundational model for an alternative reading of political geography one that transcends the instruments of hard power toward a symbolic positioning of authority within meaning.
