Abstract

The principal aim of this study is to clarify the viewpoints of Islam concerning empirical sciences, to investigate the approaches utilized by Muslim scholars in the amalgamation of various scientific fields, and to assess the influence of medical sciences on the evolution of Muslim cultural frameworks. Furthermore, this investigation seeks to clarify the dynamics between scientific exploration and theological conviction within the framework of Islamic civilization, while concurrently aiming to establish a comprehensive foundation for the empirical examination of scientific evolution throughout the historical trajectory of Islam. In support of the thesis on the unity of sciences and its influence on the formation of Muslim culture, it also aims to illustrate the features of integration and differentiation between medical and Islamic sciences. We employ the descriptive inductive technique, focusing on compiling the scientific opinions and stances of Islamic scholars on legal and life issues. The research yielded a set of results, namely, the existence of compatibility between Islamic sciences and experimental sciences in Islamic civilization. Muslim scholars have made many contributions to the development of life sciences through accurate scientific approaches and experimental discoveries. The study underscores the significance of Islamic ethical principles in medical practices, the role of medical sciences in raising Muslim cultural and religious awareness, and the interplay between diverse scientific fields.
