PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF THE DOCTRINAL ISSUES RELATED TO ALLAH’S NAMES AND ITS RULINGS

Abstract

In the core of the research, I mentioned in it the approach of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jamaa’ah in the doctrinal issues related to judging others apostates (Takfeer), the conditions for declaring a specific person as apostate, and the danger of unjustly declaring Muslims as apostates, as well as the danger of not accusing the infidel, and the moderation of Ahl al-Sunnah in this matter.Then I mentioned the sects and groups that went astray in the matter of names and rulings, their origin and the beginning of their emergence, and the reasons for their deviation in the matter of Allah’s Names and Rulings, and I have pointed out their misconceptions. Then I refuted some of the misconceptions that the sects and parties opposing the Ahlus-Sunnah infer through the legal texts, with the mention of the most important results of the research.
