THE STATUS OF SCHOLARS AND THE NECESSITY OF THEIR UNITY AND COOPERATION

Abstract

The status of scholars in our religion is well-known, its evidence is extensive and famous, and the people’s need for them is great. The research problem lies in answering several questions, the most important of which are: What are the manifestations of the cooperation of scholars? Should scholars cooperate with each other, or should each one of them work independently of the other? Research objectives are: highlighting the real role of scholars, their position, the manifestations of cooperation between them, understanding individual and institutional work, and what should be scholars? As for the importance of research: the nation is based on its scholars, and the arena has witnessed several attempts to bring them down and belittle them, Also, some conflicts may occur between some scholars, part of it as a result of not fully realizing the role assigned to them, as scholars gathered, not as individuals. So this research shows the aspects of cooperation, the necessity and usefulness of institutional work, as well as individual work and its usefulness, and a statement that the independence of the scholar is not incompatible with his cooperation with others. As for the research method:  The research is based on the analytical-critical method, then the conclusion and recommendations: including the position of scholars in Islam is a middle ground between the fanatic and the hater, and there is an urgent need for scholars to spread the jurisprudence of the coalition, treat the opponent with truth and fairness, and stay away from injustice and unfairness.
