Abstract

Fiqh rules are colleges in which the jurist must master, because they are like laws regulating countless issues. It is also activating it in the jurisprudence of the age and its reality is the purpose of it and its placement. One of the most important rules that are frequently used in contemporary developments is the rule of origin of permissibility. That is why I examined it and what evidences are based on it, and to show that jurists of all sects and classes have used it. Then, I showed the many contemporary applications of this rule in various jurisprudential chapters. The research showed that the disagreement reported in what was before and after the mission has no value in the practical reality because the speech is only after the legislation. And I concluded that this rule is one of the rules by which inference was common and was widely downloaded among the advanced and contemporary scholars of the nation, and this shows its centrality in inference.
