Abstract
Islam urged the preservation of rights, its statement and legislated the provisions related to it, and in this research I dealt with one of the topics related to the rights of a group of groups of society and they are the wage-earners. As well as a statement of the rights of the wage-earner contained in the Book and the Sunnah and some of the provisions mentioned by the imams, and followed to achieve this goal the inductive, analytical and deductive approach. I dealt with it through three sections: The first topic: I dealt with the definition of the right and the wage-earner, linguistically and idiomatically, then in the second section I dealt with the rule of leasing and the legality of taking the wage-earners in Islam and its glorious Sharia. The Noble Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, Then she concluded the research with a conclusion in which she showed the most important results that she reached, the most important of which is the statement that the lease and taking the wages are permissible and legitimate in Islamic law, and that the hired worker in Islam has rights represented in his good treatment and kindness to him and the delivery of his full rights to him and not overburdening him and so on, and that He has duties that he must perform, such as performing his work in the manner required of him, ensuring what he has intentionally damaged, and so on, and I also mentioned in the conclusion the most important recommendations from me.
