Abstract
In a number of sources there were challenges and criticisms of some of the frequent readings, and one of the most famous readings that were criticized and challenged is the reading of Hamza, one of the seven frequent readings, as it was criticized by a number of scholars, and some of the predecessors were quoted as hating it.
This research aims to clarify what was criticized and criticized by Imam Hamzah of readings, as a contribution to the defense against the recitation of this ascetic worshiper Imam, and as a manifestation of what led some of the predecessors to criticize some of his reading, and in response to those criticisms and slanders that cannot be opposed to a frequent reading of God’s revelation. come.
So I collected in the research everything that was criticized in Hamza’s reading, and I responded to those criticisms, and showed the face of his reading in those critical places, and the research consisted of an introduction and two chapters, the first of which: a brief translation of Imam Hamza and the status of his reading, and the second: responding to criticisms of his reading and clarifying the face of his reading, Then she concluded with a conclusion containing the most important results of the research, followed by the index of sources and references.
Among the most important results of the research: the majesty of Imam Hamzah’s destiny, the status and frequency of his recitation, as he did not read a letter from the Qur’an except with traces, and that he, may God have mercy on him, did not take any responsibility in his reading, but he used to take his students to scrutiny to train them on investigation and mastery, and he forbid exaggeration, And what was reported about the dislike of some of the predecessors to read Hamza, is due to what they heard of the move that they quoted from him, They exaggerated what they quoted from his recitation, while Imam Hamzah, may God have mercy on him, forbade those exaggerations that he heard from some of those who recited to him.
