Abstract

Foundational work is the general and predominant feature of activities in all shapes and forms. In this research, I dealt with one of the topics related to foundational work, which is institutional reading and its impact on the service of preservation of pilgrims and Umrah performers and others, with the intention of explaining and demonstrating this impact. The research problem was to try to collect information from all Research means to produce a result aimed at demonstrating the impact of institutional work in the service of preservation of pilgrims and umrah pilgrims. To achieve this goal, I followed the inductive, analytical and deductive approach, and I dealt with it through two parts. As for the first section: I dealt with the definition of the culture of reading, certification, and institutional reading linguistically and technically. Models of institutional reading at the local and external levels; At the local level we looked at the reading and certification program at Umm Al-Qura University, the electronic reciter at Umm Al-Qura University, the Two Holy Mosques, and the Qur’an reciters affiliated with the Charitable Center for Teaching the Holy Qur’an. On the external level, we spoke about the reciter of Sheikh Muhammad bin Sharif Al-Sahaby in the Kingdom of Morocco, and the recitation of Sheikh Prof .: Ahmed bin Issa Al-Maasrawi in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and when talking about these models, I mentioned a lot of information that I found published on its available channels on the World Wide Web (Internet). As for the second section of this research, I dealt with institutional work and its impact on serving pilgrims and Umrah performers, Saudi institutional work in the service of pilgrims and Umrah performers in general, and the efforts made by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in terms of efforts to serve visitors to the Sacred House of Allah. We then spoke on the impact of direct and indirect institutional reading in the service of preservation of pilgrims and Umrah performers. After examining the results, we reached several conclusions, the most important of which is the statement that institutional work is one characterized by solidarity and cooperation. It contributed to spreading the culture of recitation and serving the pilgrims and Umrah performers, and I also mentioned in the conclusion the most important recommendations for me.
