The issue of scientific indicative interpretation is one of the most important issues that have been raised recently, and some have dared the Quranic text on the pretext of indicative interpretation, so it was necessary to devise the rules governing that, and this research aims to know the most important controls for indicative interpretation with mentioning examples of violators of those rules and responding to them, The main problem of the study stems from its importance that was marked by it and the research problem lies in the opinions of some speakers on the scientific interpretation or scientific references to the Holy Quran without controls or rules, which led to the emergence of false opinions that bear the Qur’anic text is not possible, so it was necessary to control rules for that It is imperative that the method of critical analytical inductive research in order to follow the contradictory models is a parent The importance of research in ijtihad appears in collecting the rules of scientific interpretation in order to preserve the spirit of the text and not twisting the Qur'anic text, as the research shows examples of acceptable scientific interpretation, and other models - in the folds of the research - for the rejected scientific interpretation and its response, and the research has reached several results, namely: First: An indicative interpretation can only be accepted with strict controls, including: The Qur'an is only interpreted with scientific certainty, or by established facts that have risen from the degree of assumptions or theories to the position of certainty that change and alteration does not address.
