THE WIFE'S BEHAVIOR IN HER MONEY

Abstract

In my research, I explained the effect of the marital relationship on the behavior of the wife in her money and the ruling of sharee'ah in it, because of the spouses' need to know the shar'i rulings related to the wife's money, with ignorance about them, and the provisions of this topic differ between the books of jurisprudence and fatwas, and the difference of the sayings of the fuqaha 'on many of these matters, without the knowledge of couples about the most likely correct among them, which led to the collection of provisions that concern the spouses in matters of the wife's money, which makes it easy to refer to it, adjust its limits, know the rights of the wife in it, and what is right to pay to her husband, with the need for this subject to be studied and investigated, to reach the most likely correct opinion in matters, In some books it was mentioned without a study of jurisprudence - which makes it easier for the public to access the rule of evidence with weighting. In order to win the happiness of Al-Darin, and avoid marital conflicts, and build an Islamic family based on a fixed basis and a sound steps.

In the preparation of my research, I followed the inductive deductive approach in surveying questions as much as possible, following the words of the scholars and their fatwas from their books, and addition of possible contemporary marital issues, the couple need to know their provision, and study the issues in a comparative jurisprudence study, by indicating the points of agreement or disagreement in the matter, and evidence words and track them back by replying, discussion and weighting whenever possible.

And concluded many results, the most important of which is that marriage is Mandob in terms of origin in Islam and then may take other provisions depending on the case of the person. And that Allah has set for each of the spouses what suits his/her nature from the provisions, and divided between them the rights and duties by his justice, if each of the spouses did what is according to the law of Allah, and stopped at the limits put by Allah and follow his orders, the ship went smoothly and happy and reached the family to safety, And that the wise wife has the right to dispose her money according to what she wants, either for her husband's gift or zakaah, or for others such as selling or giving a gift and so on, by Allah reconciliation.
