Abstract
The study aimed to address strategic leadership as an input for developing administrative performance in general education schools in Makkah Al-Mukarramah Education Administration from the point of view of educational supervisors. To achieve this goal, the descriptive approach was used. It was applied to a sample of (151) educational supervisors in general education schools affiliated to the Makkah Al-Mukarramah Education Department, and the results reached the following: Without achieving strategic leadership in general education schools in Makkah Al-Mukarramah from the point of view of educational supervisors, it was at a high degree.
