Abstract
The current study sought to determine availability of digital technology, measurement and evaluation and program leadership standards for distance education programs applied to the 21st Century Educators program. To achieve the study goal, the researcher utilized the descriptive approach among a sample of learners (parents) enrolled in the 21st Century Educators Program through three Continents (Asia, Africa, and Europe). The sample consisted of (170) participants. The study instrument was extracted from the practical guide to evaluate quality of online courses which was prepared by the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Council of the Association of Arab Universities2020 ad. The questionnaire was designed to determine availability of digital technology, measurement and evaluation and program leadership standards for distance education programs applied to the 21st Century Educators Program from the learners' point of view. Findings revealed that the degree of agreement responses of the learners (parents) in the 21st Century Educators Program as a whole formed very high responses. This indicated that the program took into account distance education standards that have a direct positive impact on learners’ attraction, interaction and engagement in the program. In addition, the study recommended to utilizing the 21st Century Educators Program in designing non-academic educational courses that may be taught through distance education. Furthermore, the study recommended to evaluating the 21st Century Educators Program from the perspectives of experts and specialists in education and designing program-specific reviewed educational courses supported by training and enrichment activities to remain reliable and ready for application in any new version.
