Abstract

The study aimed to identify how to evaluate the role of distance electronic training in developing performance from the point of view of physical education supervisors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study used the descriptive analytical approach. The (130) a physical education supervisor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the interview was relied upon as a tool for the study. Which resulted in a set of results, the most important of which is that electronic training supports the exchange of scientific experiences in the field of physical education, as it helps to see modern scientific sources, and the supervisor can deal with the computer. One of the most important remote e-training requirements for education supervisors is the lack of remote e-training materials, which is one of the most prominent obstacles that may prevent the implementation of e-training remotely, and we do not encourage trainers to do so. E training, in addition to the failure to provide development programs by the Ministry to physical education supervisors through remote e training. Its programs are limited to teaching and evaluation methods, which makes providing development courses for supervisors in the field of electronic training, evaluation and measurement through electronic training an urgent necessity, and developing the infrastructure for electronic training halls in educational training.
