Abstract: This study analyzes the "Imta’a" reference framework in light of applied linguistics, aiming to evaluate its core components in teaching Arabic as a foreign language. The research employed a descriptive-analytical approach and based its analysis on indicators including skills, competencies, progression, and assessment. The findings reveal internal coherence and alignment with scientific principles and diverse educational settings. The study offers recommendations for researchers and educational institutions to develop practical components and strengthen the theoretical foundation in future editions.
