Weak languages ​​and hadith of the Prophet represent a field of linguistics and hadith that should not be issued or disparaged, and since the speech of the Arabs is numerous and varies in eloquence and rank, this language is the correct one, that which is eloquent, the most eloquent, and others, and it has a clear impact on the use or modification of some grammatical rules, or in controversial issues, and thus it is necessary citing a weak hadith because it fell short of the level of authentic due to the possibility that it is weak or authentic in terms of the chain of transmission and not in terms of the structure of the language, so it was ruled weak to be on the safe side and to preserve the Prophetic hadiths, and it is accepted if the conditions for acceptance are met.
