This research deals with; The study of the pictorial paradox with two contemporary sides in modern Arabic poetry, in that it is a wonderful technique in depicting different scenes that no art of the arts is unable to gather in one place, and in that it gives the poetic texts movement and dynamism and keeps them away from monotony and stagnation. The title is due to the artistic and literary importance of pictorial paradox at the level of the text, and the great impact it leaves on the psyche of the recipient. The introduction came as an introduction to what pictorial paradox is in general, and the difference between it and contrast and antithesis. Then came the research problem, its objectives and importance, and after that the detailed study of paradox began. Contemporary pictorialism in a focused manner, as the demands were divided into two basic demands; The first: the pictorial paradox with two complete ends, and the second: the figurative paradox with the two parts, and many poetic evidences have been mentioned about it.
