PARADIGM ANALYSIS IN ADAM ABDULLAH AL-ILORY’S ARABIC SPEECHES IN HÃSÃD AL- MUNASABÃT AL-ISLAMIYYAT

ABSTRACT

Shaykh Adam Abdullah Al-Iloriyy is one of the prominent Arabic writers in Nigeria with huge contributions to the development of knowledge and humanities via his authorship; this is addition to several occasions where he made paper presentations and comments on issues concerning Muslims in Nigeria, West Africa and the whole world. Many of these papers were collected in a book titled Hasad al-Munasabat al-Islamiyyat. It is aimed that those articles will be studied with paradigm theories to ascertain their critical balance in terms of words selection, sentences construction, musical arrangement and intonation with analysis of rhetorical contents. The analytical method will be adopted in illustrating all the said critical measures.
